Operations Director

We are actively searching for an Operations Director to join our team. A successful candidate must be a hands-on, proactive team player with acute attention to detail. This full-time position is responsible for taking a proactive approach to ensure that the business operations with no unexpected downtime. The ideal candidate for this position is honest, works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, detail oriented and has a passion for helping people.

Responsibilities

• Support the operation of the business including physical facilities, records management, equipment, technology and payment platforms
• Maintain adequate supplies inventory and reorder as needed
• Retain and organize files and business records
• Audit business processes and manage compliance obligations
• Maintain and respond to third party and government notices and requests including census, tax, employment and payroll
• Hire and communicate with existing repair and maintenance vendors who perform maintenance and equipment upgrades
• Provide customer service support as needed
• Other administrative and clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred
• Honest with extreme attention to detail
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Efficient and organized with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Adept at using technology including Word processing, spreadsheets
• Must be able to work Saturdays

This is a full-time position and will be located on site. This is not a remote position.  Typical 5 day work week, except during the busy Christmas season where business hours are extended.
