We are actively searching for a Luxury Sales Professional to join our team. A successful candidate must be a hands-on, proactive team player. This full-time position is responsible for providing superior customer service to our clients.  The ideal candidate for this position is honest, works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for helping people.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and meet the needs of our customers
• Ability to use computers to document customer interactions
• Educate and provide in-depth knowledge of jewelry products
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Remain customer focused throughout the entire sales process
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
• Honest with an outgoing personality
• Efficient, fast-paced and organized
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work Saturdays

This is a full-time position and will be located on site. This is not a remote position.  Typical 5 day work week, except during the busy Christmas season where business hours are extended.
